House Rules

Strictly no smoking. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Sorry we do not accept bookings for rage, students or party groups. 

SPECIAL : Christmas and New Year Booking for Up to 8 guests  Over the Christmas or New Year period it may be possible to rent both houses. This option is only possible for one family group.  Ideally suited to a family with grandparents. This allows  each party to have their own space and facilities but sharing the pool and many entertainment areas around the houses.
