House Rules

Strictly no smoking. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Sorry we do not accept bookings for rage, students or party groups. 

SPECIAL : Christmas and New Year Booking for Up to 8 guests. We only ever let out one of the houses, but over the Christmas or New Year period it may be possible to rent both houses. This option is only possible for one family group.  This allows  each party to have their own space and facilities but sharing the pool and many entertainment areas around the houses.
